Code, Health Occupations § 12–310","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall reinstate the license of a pharmacist whose license has been expired for less than 2 years, if the pharmacist:\n(1) Meets the renewal and reinstatement requirements set by rule and regulation of the Board; and\n(2) Pays to the Board the reinstatement fee set by the Board.\n(b) The Board shall reinstate the license of a pharmacist whose license has been expired for 2 years or more if the pharmacist:\n(1) Meets the reinstatement requirements established by the Board in its rules or regulations; and\n(2) Satisfies the requirements of subsection (a) of this section.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=12-310","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"e6875adfc038109ccf29d7e218cf082ae4a142b06408bb8563ce3e1a9db0651d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-12-309","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-12-311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
