Code, Health Occupations § 12–6C–07","heading":"","body":"The Board:\n(1) Shall adopt regulations that require routine inspections of wholesale distributor facilities; and\n(2) May adopt regulations establishing:\n(i) Minimum requirements for the receipt, storage, and handling of prescription drugs or prescription devices, security precautions, quality control, record keeping, and procedures, policy, and responsibilities of personnel; and\n(ii) Education and experience requirements for personnel employed in positions responsible for carrying out the duties:\n1. Referenced in item (i) of this item; or\n2.
