Code, Health Occupations § 14–317","heading":"","body":"The Board shall reinstate the license of a physician who has failed to renew the license for any reason, is on inactive status under § 14–320 of this subtitle, or is on emeritus status under § 14–320.1 of this subtitle if the physician:\n(1) Meets the renewal requirements of § 14–316 of this subtitle;\n(2) Submits a reinstatement application on the form that the Board requires;\n(3) Pays to the Board a reinstatement fee set by the Board;\n(4) Submits to the Board satisfactory evidence of compliance with the qualifications and requirements established under this title for license reinstatements; and\n(5) Meets any additional license reinstatement requirements established by the Board.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=14-317","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"57f2891edad7f920a36d59c7f5600b9f89e7e4669a996a118a50240b6730e5bd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-14-316","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-14-318"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
