Code, Health Occupations § 14–5A–19","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to subsection (c) of this section, on the application of an individual whose license has been revoked, a disciplinary panel, on the affirmative vote of a majority of the quorum of the disciplinary panel, may reinstate a revoked license.\n(b) A disciplinary panel may not reinstate a revoked license that has been revoked for a period of more than 1 year unless the licensee:\n(1) Meets the requirements for reinstatement as established under this title; and\n(2) Completes a criminal history records check in accordance with § 14–308.1 of this title.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=14-5A-19","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"06c7d447f651dcdd03f7c36398de71702011bd270914c59678d1cd59aa16730a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-14-5a-18.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-14-5a-20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
