Code, Health Occupations § 14–5F–24","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to subsection (c) of this section, if the Board has revoked or suspended the license of a licensee, the Board may not reinstate the license until the Board is satisfied that the individual:\n(1) Has complied with all the terms and conditions in the final order; and\n(2) Is capable of safely engaging in the practice of naturopathic medicine.\n(b) The Board may not reinstate the license of an individual whose license was revoked by the Board within 6 months after the date of the revocation.\n(c) A disciplinary panel may not reinstate a surrendered or revoked license that has been surrendered or revoked for a period of more than 1 year unless the licensee:\n(1) Meets the requirements for reinstatement as established under this title; and\n(2) Completes a criminal history records check in accordance with § 14–308.1 of this title.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=14-5F-24","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"2dbf5a58764aa6102f1f012d59394d608a3acb3bbcb5df4bbb24db286a7f57b6","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-14-5f-23","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-14-5f-25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
