Code, Health Occupations § 15–205","heading":"","body":"In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this title, the Committee:\n(1) Shall:\n(i) Recommend to the Board:\n1. Regulations for carrying out this title; and\n2. Any statutory changes that affect the profession; and\n(ii) Recommend to the Board approval, modification, or disapproval of an application for licensure or the performance of advanced duties under a collaboration agreement;\n(iii) Report to the Board any conduct of a physician or group of physicians who develops a collaboration agreement with a physician assistant or a physician assistant that may be cause for disciplinary action under this title or under § 14–404 of this article; and\n(iv) Keep a record of its meetings; and\n(2) May:\n(i) Provide recommendations regarding the practice of physician assistants; and\n(ii) Advise the Board on any other matters related to physician assistants.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=15-205","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"92340e34c032f05983b3f6fb2275e3423f4623755084336adf16986cd4c111e4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-15-204","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-15-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
