Code, Health Occupations § 15–309","heading":"","body":"(a) Each licensee shall keep a license and collaboration agreement for inspection at the primary place of business of the licensee.\n(b) (1) A licensee shall provide the Board written notice of any change of name or address within 30 days after the change.\n(2) A licensee who fails to comply with this subsection is subject to an administrative penalty of $100.\n(c) The Board may audit and review collaboration agreements kept by the licensee at the primary place of business of the licensee at any time.\n(d) A physician assistant who fails to produce a collaboration agreement to the Board on request is subject to an administrative penalty as established in regulations.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=15-309","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"01a8edbfc41fef4b8127b4defa8adfe50a2ee6c6245cfa35261d5e085160f19f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-15-308","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-15-310"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
