Code, Health Occupations § 17–307","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall waive the requirements for licensure for an applicant to practice clinical professional counseling if the applicant:\n(1) Is licensed or certified as a clinical professional counselor in another state, territory, or jurisdiction that has requirements that are equivalent to or exceed the requirements of § 17–304 of this subtitle;\n(2) Submits an application to the Board on a form that the Board requires; and\n(3) Pays to the Board an application fee set by the Board.\n(b) The Board shall adopt regulations to implement this section.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=17-307","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"0b3b899e7869641b1caf35ec02bb61b27ba19bd93942277b8a186626cd83992f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-17-306","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-17-307.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
