Code, Health Occupations § 18–305","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to the provisions of this section, the Board may waive any examination requirement of this title for an individual who is licensed or certified as a psychologist in any other state.\n(b) The Board may grant a waiver under this section only if the applicant:\n(1) Pays the application fee required by the Board under § 18-303 of this subtitle; and\n(2) Provides adequate evidence that the applicant:\n(i) Meets the qualifications otherwise required by this title; and\n(ii) Became licensed or certified in the other state under requirements substantially equivalent to the licensing requirements of this title.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=18-305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"238e1d72309a8b4e4b8b675da8290670ae7845eafc514c1fd14dd2352508c6f1","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-18-304","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-18-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
