Code, Health Occupations § 19–205","heading":"","body":"In addition to the powers and duties set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board has the following powers and duties:\n(1) To adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this title;\n(2) To adopt a code of ethics;\n(3) To adopt an official seal;\n(4) To hold hearings and keep records and minutes necessary for the orderly conduct of business;\n(5) To issue a list annually of all currently licensed social workers and all social workers disciplined by the Board in the past year in accordance with § 4–333 of the General Provisions Article; and\n(6) To investigate an alleged violation of this title.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=19-205","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"5d0f6a8606fc9faac9e5a0f61059e42d91107646e97d363c1ace696cea527cd7","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-19-204","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-19-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
