Code, Health Occupations § 19–303","heading":"","body":"(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall:\n(1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and\n(2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board.\n(b) The Board shall:\n(1) Review each application;\n(2) Within 15 business days after the initial receipt of an application and after the receipt of supplemental documentation, notify the applicant of whether the application is complete; and\n(3) Notify each applicant whether the applicant has been approved to take the pertinent licensure examination within 60 days from the date the Board received a completed application from the applicant.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=19-303","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"a88074b649202de612e7911c808738256f2de5d107463b7cf5902cddb43505e3","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-19-302.3","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-19-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
