Code, Health Occupations § 2–316","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as provided in this section for an action under § 2–314 of this subtitle, any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act, may petition for judicial review as allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(b) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board under § 2–314 of this subtitle may not appeal to the Secretary but may take a direct judicial appeal as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(c) An order of the Board may not be stayed pending review.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=2-316","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"a19a4f80319c8fff9751c8e89b4ac53f8d7d422508b76fd5f4cd62fb8029b5f8","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-2-315","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-2-317"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
