Code, Health Occupations § 2–317","heading":"","body":"(a) If the license of an audiologist, hearing aid dispenser, speech–language pathologist, or speech–language pathology assistant is suspended or revoked under § 2–314 of this subtitle, and it is not reinstated by the Board within 5 years, the Board may not reinstate it.\n(b) If a license may not be reinstated under subsection (a) of this section, an audiologist, hearing aid dispenser, speech–language pathologist, or speech–language pathology assistant may apply for a new license by meeting the current licensing requirements for obtaining a new license under this title and any additional requirements determined by the Board.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=2-317","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"38e78a8fb044d75b420f17b320c5b2d24e7d12ac0aace043050f15892b0b6754","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-2-316","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-2-318"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
