Code, Health Occupations § 20–304","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall keep a file of each certificate application made under this subtitle.\n(b) The file shall contain:\n(1) The name, resident address, employment address, and age of the applicant;\n(2) The date of the application;\n(3) Complete and current information on the educational, training, and experience qualifications of the applicant;\n(4) The date the Board reviewed and acted on the application;\n(5) The action taken by the Board on the application;\n(6) The identifying numbers of any certificate or renewal certificate issued to the applicant; and\n(7) Any other information that the Board considers necessary.\n(c) The application files shall be open to public inspection.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=20-304","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"a9d024ca3cd468e90e30dae9c8b4518483daa1f2124b8ea35f0373ab5c92d382","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-20-303","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-20-305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
