Code, Health Occupations § 21–307","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall license and issue the appropriate licensure to any applicant who meets the requirements of this title.\n(b) The Board shall include on each license that it issues:\n(1) The designation “licensed environmental health specialist”;\n(2) The name of the license holder;\n(3) The date of issue and serial number of the license;\n(4) The Board seal; and\n(5) The signature of the Board’s representative.\n(c) The Board shall issue a new license to replace a lost, destroyed, or mutilated license if the license holder pays a fee that is set by the Board.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=21-307","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"4815847402636e00fa48876a22835bca16e1bc0d2e8adf5daf3ae4757c90593a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-21-306","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-21-308"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
