Code, Health Occupations § 3–303","heading":"","body":"(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall submit to the Board at least 45 days before an examination:\n(1) An application on the form the Board requires that includes information of the applicant’s:\n(i) Educational history;\n(ii) Experience in health care;\n(iii) Courses taken during chiropractic studies;\n(iv) Training or studies in related fields; and\n(v) Preceptorship experience;\n(2) Certified transcripts that demonstrate compliance with the requirements of § 3–302 of this subtitle;\n(3) Proof of any degrees or certification alleged;\n(4) Satisfactory evidence of good moral character;\n(5) An application fee set by the Board; and\n(6) Satisfactory evidence of having completed a State and national criminal history records check in accordance with § 3–302.1 of this subtitle.\n(b) An application shall be signed by the applicant and verified.\n(c) The applicant shall pay an application fee set by the Board for any subsequent application and examination.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=3-303","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"d2c52af8d7e00510fcc43b37be1b007aa65dbd7a63f9959c840c3a616eb4577e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-3-302.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-3-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
