Code, Health Occupations § 3–311","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall place a licensee on inactive status, if the licensee submits to the Board:\n(1) An application for inactive status on the form required by the Board; and\n(2) The inactive status fee set by the Board.\n(b) A licensee on inactive status may reactivate the license if the licensee:\n(1) Complies with the continuing education and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) requirements in effect for the renewal period in which the licensee seeks to reactivate the license; and\n(2) Pays the reactivation fee set by the Board.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=3-311","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"df7e19a932cfc65eaa65b3371cabd7a8b7cc090d3f0a9e4fe2a687ad2371c0a3","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-3-310","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-3-312"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
