Code, Health Occupations § 5–313","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section for an action under § 5–311 of this subtitle, any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act, may petition for judicial review as allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(b) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board under § 5–311 of this subtitle may not appeal to the Secretary but may take a direct judicial appeal as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(c) An order of the Board may not be stayed pending review.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=5-313","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"c2e6f72feaea51a837bb079c7e1efc6eb70a6633f7877c55457aff33be674987","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-5-312","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-5-314"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
