Code, Health Occupations § 6–310","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as provided in this section for an action under § 6–308 of this subtitle, any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act, may petition for judicial review as allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(b) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board under § 6–308 of this subtitle may not appeal to the Secretary but may take a direct judicial appeal as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(c) (1) The Board may grant a stay of enforcement of a Board order in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(2) An order by the Board may not be stayed pending judicial review.\n(d) The Board may appeal a decision that reverses or modifies its order.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=6-310","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"64247289194813102a3dd92dba6b336788a1a4bfbc2adb8cf6f9a09f9de00295","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-6-309","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-6-311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
