Code, Health Occupations § 8–6B–21","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act, may petition for judicial review as allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(b) A person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board pursuant to § 8–6B–19 of this subtitle may not appeal to the Secretary but may take a direct judicial appeal as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(c) An order of the Board may not be stayed pending review.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=8-6B-21","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"0c288e01e17932ba40e91c61addfcf4ed098c9a798ea563f433bd87f8b9901da","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-8-6b-20","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-8-6b-22"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
