Code, Health Occupations § 9–306","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to the provisions of this section, the Board may waive any examination requirement of this title for an individual who is licensed as a nursing home administrator in any other state.\n(b) The Board may grant a waiver under this section only if the applicant:\n(1) Is of good moral character;\n(2) Pays the application fee required by the Board under § 9–303 of this subtitle; and\n(3) Provides adequate evidence that:\n(i) At the time the applicant was licensed in the other state, the applicant was qualified to take the examination that then was required by the laws of this State; and\n(ii) The applicant qualified for a license in the other state by passing an examination given in that or any other state.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=9-306","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"600634bd18e22c28a63ad5ce29def99a1519b984bdfc32e26be3bb35e1deaebf","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-9-305","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-9-307"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
