Code, Health Occupations § 9–312","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall reinstate the license of a nursing home administrator who has failed to renew the license for any reason, if the licensee:\n(1) Has not had the license suspended or revoked;\n(2) Meets the renewal requirements of § 9-311 of this subtitle;\n(3) Pays to the Board the reinstatement fee set by the Board;\n(4) Submits to the Board satisfactory evidence of compliance with the qualifications and requirements established under this title for license reinstatements; and\n(5) Applies to the Board for reinstatement of the license within 5 years after the license expires.\n(b) The Board may not reinstate the license of a nursing home administrator who fails to apply for reinstatement of the license within 5 years after the license expires.
