Code, Health Occupations § 9–3A–04","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall keep a file of each application for a license made under this subtitle.\n(b) The file shall contain:\n(1) The name, address, and age of the applicant;\n(2) The name and address of the employer or business connection of the applicant;\n(3) The date of the application;\n(4) Complete and current information on the educational, training, and experience qualifications of the applicant;\n(5) The date the Board reviewed and acted on the application;\n(6) The action taken by the Board on the application;\n(7) The identifying numbers of any license or renewal license issued to the applicant; and\n(8) Any other information that the Board considers necessary.\n(c) The application files shall be open to public inspection.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=9-3A-04","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"e7b75c2ecad154811fd615ddbd2226c8be45fd87a690389ed51bab7bfdaddf9a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-9-3a-03","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-9-3a-05"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
