Code, Health Occupations § 9–3A–15","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as provided in this section for an action under § 9–3A–12 of this subtitle, any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act, may petition for judicial review as allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(b) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board under § 9–3A–12 of this subtitle may not appeal to the Secretary but may take a direct judicial appeal as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(c) An order of the Board may not be stayed pending judicial review.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=9-3A-15","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"2a52a6c578f9193065be4c63e04fbab6d6869d40939e3be5ec1cc077617315e8","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-9-3a-14","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-9-3a-16"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
