Code, Housing and Community Development § 4–1903","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department may provide financial assistance under the Program utilizing funds from:\n(1) any fund or program under Division I of this article; or\n(2) any other source of funds available to the Department.\n(b) The Department may provide any type of financial assistance permitted by Division I of this article to recipients under the Program.\n(c) In addition to the type of financial assistance allowed under subsection (b) of this section, the Department may provide financial assistance under a buy–down program that reduces the amount a borrower pays on a loan obtained from the private market or from the Department for a defined period of time.","path":["Article - Housing and Community Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghs\u0026section=4-1903","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:07Z","sha256":"154b3e32a109677c41ee7a6cc2636fff72c89e954435a56621e2bcfde32cc0e4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-4-1902","next":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-4-1904"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
