Code, Housing and Community Development § 4–1905","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department shall issue to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article:\n(1) a preliminary report 6 months after the Program is initially activated for each disaster; and\n(2) a final report on or before 18 months after the Program is initially activated for each disaster.\n(b) The reports shall include:\n(1) the amount and type of assistance provided;\n(2) the counties in which the assistance was provided; and\n(3) the names of any financial institutions that provided assistance under the Program.","path":["Article - Housing and Community Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghs\u0026section=4-1905","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:07Z","sha256":"032b1dd93f1a828fd5e4c1a7f55143ce2c2099779a6029ce691e8cfffd3644cd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-4-1904","next":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-4-2001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
