Code, Housing and Community Development § 4–506","heading":"","body":"(a) In this section, “Fund” means the Workforce Housing Fund.\n(b) There is a Workforce Housing Fund.\n(c) As provided in the State budget, the Department shall use the Fund to operate and provide funds under the Workforce Housing Grant Program.\n(d) The Fund consists of:\n(1) money appropriated by the State;\n(2) repayments of principal and payments of interest on loans made under the Workforce Housing Grant Program;\n(3) amounts paid in connection with transfers of homeownership workforce housing units;\n(4) money transferred to the Fund in accordance with this subtitle; and\n(5) investment earnings of the Fund.","path":["Article - Housing and Community Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghs\u0026section=4-506","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:07Z","sha256":"692eafc09b1cbff6e7f9e218b48256218e9da2dbd93560b8c5b579e2d4e80d95","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-4-505","next":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-4-507"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
