Code, Housing and Community Development § 6–1101","heading":"","body":"(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.\n(b) “Community development organization” means an entity that meets the qualifications of § 6–203 of this title.\n(c) “Program” means the Business Facade Improvement Program.\n(d) “Qualified business” means a business that:\n(1) is located in a sustainable community; and\n(2) plans to improve the outside appearance of the business’s building or facility.\n(e) “Sustainable community” means an area designated as a sustainable community under § 6–205 of this title.","path":["Article - Housing and Community Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghs\u0026section=6-1101","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:07Z","sha256":"9bf874055ac965d7bdaaaeccbdb2cce3dbe00f3d5c731e04c07635629ae2579b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-6-905","next":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-6-1102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
