Code, Housing and Community Development § 6–207","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department and the sponsor shall execute a community legacy agreement.\n(b) The sponsor shall comply with the terms of the community legacy agreement and any regulations the Department adopts to carry out this subtitle.\n(c) Not more than 15% of the total financial assistance that the Program provides may be used for noncapital expenditures.\n(d) The Department may exercise any remedy provided under the community legacy agreement or by law if a sponsor:\n(1) violates any provision of the community legacy agreement; or\n(2) ceases to meet the requirements of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Housing and Community Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghs\u0026section=6-207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:07Z","sha256":"01634164e53262e4234e4b6108e9f8de3a674ea04fedfcb3ca359bd7867cd89d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-6-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-6-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
