Code, Housing and Community Development § 6–210","heading":"","body":"(a) The sponsor shall submit to the Department quarterly progress reports on the development of a sustainable community plan or the implementation of a community legacy project.\n(b) (1) The Department shall submit an annual report to the Governor and, subject to § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly on or before each October 31.\n(2) The report shall include:\n(i) the financial status of the Program for the preceding fiscal year, including the amount and type of financial assistance encumbered and disbursed;\n(ii) the number of applications received;\n(iii) the number and location of sustainable communities designated; and\n(iv) a summary of the quarterly reports submitted by sponsors under subsection (a) of this section.","path":["Article - Housing and Community Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghs\u0026section=6-210","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:07Z","sha256":"0617024dda7cf09b66aa3b638615eca6b1d5ebea888f8e0c1ad126051e977530","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-6-209","next":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-6-211"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
