Code, Housing and Community Development § 6–709","heading":"","body":"(a) The recipient of financial assistance from the Program shall submit to the Department quarterly progress reports on the development of a community enhancement project.\n(b) (1) On or before October 31 each year, the Department shall submit a report to the Governor and, subject to § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.\n(2) The report shall include, for the previous fiscal year:\n(i) the number of applications received;\n(ii) the number and location of community enhancement projects;\n(iii) the financial status of the Program, including the amount and types of financial assistance encumbered and disbursed; and\n(iv) a summary of the quarterly reports submitted under subsection (a) of this section.","path":["Article - Housing and Community Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghs\u0026section=6-709","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:07Z","sha256":"bd44ba35386f02ebba1733fe4ab4266bb1f0b31814738cec2b9483895a40dab8","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-6-708","next":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-6-710"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
