Code, Housing and Community Development § 9–101","heading":"","body":"(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.\n(b) “Board” means the Community Reinvestment Board.\n(c) “Community reinvestment assistance” means a loan, assurance, guarantee, grant, payment, credit enhancement, or other assistance provided by the Fund as set forth in § 9-404 of this title, or a commitment to provide the assistance.\n(d) “Community reinvestment project” means a project or program eligible under § 9-402 of this title to receive community reinvestment assistance from the Fund.\n(e) “Fund” means the Community Reinvestment Fund.\n(f) “Limited income household” means a household or individual whose income does not exceed the upper income limits that the Secretary establishes.\n(g) “Member” means a member of the Board.","path":["Article - Housing and Community Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghs\u0026section=9-101","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:07Z","sha256":"ab4a014ed1b2b88d25d7307fdb0611ee14fe917d8b6cdbb9573578466950f15f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-8-110","next":"us-md/md.-code-housing-and-community-development-9-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
