Code, Human Services § 10–206","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before January 1 each year, the Secretary shall report to the Governor and, subject to § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly.\n(b) The report required under subsection (a) of this section shall include:\n(1) with the advice and recommendation of the Commission on Aging:\n(i) a description of the senior citizen activities centers in each county;\n(ii) the allocation and use of funds made available for senior citizen activities centers;\n(iii) the results of any studies; and\n(iv) any recommendations for legislation; and\n(2) information regarding the operation and performance of accessible housing services counseling provided by the Aging and Disability Resource Center Program.","path":["Article - Human Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghu\u0026section=10-206","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:17Z","sha256":"a140b623443e18d17c12416c9f9a32d5c3626ce7636d1cb538f287b8003df410","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-205","next":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-207"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
