Code, Human Services § 10–302","heading":"","body":"(a) The Interagency Committee consists of the following members:\n(1) the Secretary of Aging;\n(2) the Secretary of Disabilities;\n(3) the Secretary of Health;\n(4) the Secretary of Housing and Community Development;\n(5) the Secretary of Human Services;\n(6) the Secretary of Labor;\n(7) the Secretary of Transportation;\n(8) the Secretary of Veterans and Military Families;\n(9) the Director of the Governor’s Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing;\n(10) the Chair of the Commission on Aging;\n(11) a representative from an area agency appointed by the Governor from a list submitted by the Maryland Association of Area Agencies on Aging; and\n(12) a member of the public appointed by the Governor.\n(b) (1) The term of a member appointed by the Governor under subsection (a)(11) or (12) of this section is 2 years.\n(2) A member appointed by the Governor under subsection (a)(11) or (12) of this section may not be reappointed for more than 2 additional terms.","path":["Article - Human Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghu\u0026section=10-302","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:17Z","sha256":"5d60a82c9d24ecbbb46964db74dfaa1f485df3ad473d3aeb2269ba1f398e690b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-301","next":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-303"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
