Code, Human Services § 10–459","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) Each year, within 120 days after the end of a provider’s fiscal year, the provider shall file an application for a renewal certificate of registration with the Department.\n(2) An application shall:\n(i) be filed in a form satisfactory to the Department; and\n(ii) contain any reasonable and pertinent information that the Department requires.\n(b) The Department shall issue a renewal certificate of registration if the Department determines that:\n(1) all required documents have been filed and are satisfactory;\n(2) any revised agreements for continuing care at home services meet the Department’s requirements;\n(3) the proposed use of new or existing health facilities is not inconsistent with the State health plan;\n(4) the provider has submitted all proposed advertisements, advertising campaigns, and other promotional materials for the program; and\n(5) the form and substance of all advertisements, advertising campaigns, and other promotional materials submitted are not deceptive, misleading, or likely to mislead.","path":["Article - Human Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghu\u0026section=10-459","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:17Z","sha256":"3f0da57e7a77243ef40e88faeefa7107e7342cb0987562c766ad02821e897236","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-458","next":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-460"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
