Code, Human Services § 10–603","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) With the advice of the Commission, the Secretary shall:\n(i) develop annually a Program plan; and\n(ii) submit the plan to the Governor and General Assembly for approval as part of the annual State budget.\n(2) The plan shall set forth priorities for:\n(i) funding grants for innovative services to seniors; and\n(ii) training personnel who provide services to seniors in the State.\n(3) The plan shall include provisions for:\n(i) funding grants that are sought by Communities for a Lifetime to the extent practicable; and\n(ii) evaluating any program funded under the plan.\n(b) The Secretary may accept money from any public or private source to fund grants awarded under this subtitle.","path":["Article - Human Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghu\u0026section=10-603","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:17Z","sha256":"b565c52f96348591af3924edf6d8ca5d425bf375136aeb4197c571c2e8069bd7","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-602","next":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
