Code, Human Services § 10–705","heading":"","body":"The Secretary shall:\n(1) adopt regulations to implement the Program;\n(2) work in cooperation with the Department of Disabilities, the Maryland Department of Health, and the Maryland Commission on Caregiving to promote the Program to family caregivers throughout the State; and\n(3) report annually to the Governor and, subject to § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on:\n(i) the number of grant requests received;\n(ii) the value of grants provided to family caregivers;\n(iii) the purposes for which the grants were provided; and\n(iv) the number of grant requests that the Program was unable to fund and the reason why those requests were not funded.","path":["Article - Human Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghu\u0026section=10-705","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:17Z","sha256":"4858224083dad925422206ab4763d550a6088bfabd36c57ecc31bb855bcbf8ae","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-704","next":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-10-706"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
