Code, Human Services § 11–505","heading":"","body":"(a) Each year, the Corporation shall require:\n(1) a financial audit by an independent certified public accountant of each grantee whose grant income from the Corporation in the most recently completed fiscal year was $50,000 or more; or\n(2) a financial review by an independent certified public accountant of each grantee whose grant income from the Corporation in the most recently completed fiscal year was less than $50,000.\n(b) The report of each audit or review shall be:\n(1) submitted to the Governor;\n(2) made available to the Legislative Auditor; and\n(3) kept for at least 5 years at the principal office of the Corporation.","path":["Article - Human Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghu\u0026section=11-505","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:17Z","sha256":"87c94366d012dcdb61c0207e7827d49a17425c9972cf72b3cecbb76ae580a1b1","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-11-504","next":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-11-601"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
