Code, Human Services § 8–306","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before January 1, 2018, the Prince George’s County Local Management Board shall:\n(1) develop and implement a strategic plan to raise revenues to match the total funding provided by the Governor’s Office for Children; and\n(2) submit the strategic plan to:\n(i) the County Executive of Prince George’s County;\n(ii) the County Council of Prince George’s County;\n(iii) the Prince George’s County Senate Delegation of the General Assembly; and\n(iv) the Prince George’s County House Delegation of the General Assembly.\n(b) On or before January 1 each year, the Prince George’s County Local Management Board shall submit a report on the total revenue received in the previous fiscal year and the total revenue from each source to:\n(1) the County Executive of Prince George’s County;\n(2) the County Council of Prince George’s County;\n(3) the Prince George’s County Senate Delegation of the General Assembly; and\n(4) the Prince George’s County House Delegation of the General Assembly.","path":["Article - Human Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghu\u0026section=8-306","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:17Z","sha256":"33af65229f6e2cfebe76d8f558dbda343f04e85570de3095558a98e315603270","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-8-305","next":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-8-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
