Code, Human Services § 9–224","heading":"","body":"On or before October 1, 2025, and each October 1 thereafter, the Department shall report to the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee and the House Judiciary Committee, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on:\n(1) efforts by the Department to promote predelinquent programs, including youth service bureaus;\n(2) efforts by the Department to collaborate with and provide technical assistance to local governments regarding the establishment, use, and funding of youth service bureaus;\n(3) an assessment of the programs and activities conducted by youth service bureaus; and\n(4) any other efforts to prevent youth offenses.","path":["Article - Human Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghu\u0026section=9-224","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:17Z","sha256":"27512983d8c68b733e709ea07ec31b76917daf769ddd060571a25ea61f9c4726","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-9-223","next":"us-md/md.-code-human-services-9-226"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
