Code, Insurance § 14–106.1","heading":"","body":"Beginning in fiscal year 2006, a nonprofit health service plan shall transfer funds in the amounts provided under § 14–106(d)(2) of this subtitle to:\n(1) the Community Health Resources Commission Fund established under § 19–2201 of the Health – General Article to support the costs of the Community Health Resources Commission as provided in § 14–106(d)(1)(v) of this subtitle;\n(2) the Maryland Department of Health for the Kidney Disease Program under Title 13, Subtitle 3 of the Health – General Article; and\n(3) the Maryland Department of Health for the provision of mental health services to the uninsured under Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the Health – General Article.","path":["Article - Insurance"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gin\u0026section=14-106.1","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:28Z","sha256":"b60946c0cc0a6c053db8d9cab5f3022bd3cee2d1fd1b90ecc14945caba62465d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-14-106","next":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-14-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
