Code, Insurance § 15–10A–07","heading":"","body":"On a quarterly basis, the Health Advocacy Unit shall submit a report to the Commissioner that:\n(1) describes activities it performed on behalf of members that have participated in an internal grievance process of a carrier established under this subtitle;\n(2) describes its efforts to mediate cases that involve an adverse decision;\n(3) names each carrier involved in the cases described in the report;\n(4) states the number and outcome of each grievance considered an emergency case under § 15-10A-02(b)(2)(i) of this subtitle described in the report, including the time within which the carrier made a grievance decision on each emergency case; and\n(5) states the number and outcome of each case described in the report that was not considered an emergency case, including the time within which the carrier made a grievance decision on the case.","path":["Article - Insurance"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gin\u0026section=15-10A-07","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:28Z","sha256":"d89a165fa1fc3c525b8f145192fcd666fd4944983321d37b4a3ac984b995cfb0","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-15-10a-06","next":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-15-10a-08"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
