Code, Insurance § 15–10B–04","heading":"","body":"(a) An applicant for a certificate shall:\n(1) submit an application to the Commissioner; and\n(2) pay to the Commissioner the application fee established by the Commissioner through regulation.\n(b) The application shall:\n(1) be on a form and accompanied by any supporting documentation that the Commissioner requires; and\n(2) be signed and verified by the applicant.\n(c) The fees required under subsection (a)(2) of this section or § 15-10B-10(b)(2) of this subtitle shall be sufficient to pay for the administrative costs of the certificate program and any other costs associated with carrying out the provisions of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Insurance"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gin\u0026section=15-10B-04","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:28Z","sha256":"e5a7937360f1c99e42a0a4c2033f7b3c708694be042da828dc49696629dc8377","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-15-10b-03","next":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-15-10b-05"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
