Code, Insurance § 15–10B–19","heading":"","body":"(a) Whenever the Commissioner considers it advisable, the Commissioner shall examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, records, and assets of each private review agent at least once every 5 years.\n(b) The Commissioner shall examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, records, and assets of each private review agent that applies for a certificate of registration under § 15-10B-03 of this subtitle.\n(c) The examination shall be conducted in accordance with § 2-207 of this article.\n(d) The expense of the examination shall be paid in accordance with § 2-208 of this article.\n(e) The reports of the examination and investigation shall be issued in accordance with § 2-209 of this article.","path":["Article - Insurance"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gin\u0026section=15-10B-19","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:28Z","sha256":"03e405793764650a8472dfbb3a4fdc0b0130402bcbfab8d3c4476b11a0cc89d9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-15-10b-18","next":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-15-10b-20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
