Code, Insurance § 15–2003","heading":"","body":"(a) A pharmacy services administrative organization registration expires on the second September 30 after its effective date unless it is renewed as provided under this section.\n(b) A pharmacy services administrative organization may renew its registration for an additional 2–year term if the pharmacy services administrative organization:\n(1) otherwise is entitled to be registered;\n(2) files with the Commissioner a renewal application on the form that the Commissioner requires; and\n(3) pays to the Commissioner a renewal fee set by the Commissioner.","path":["Article - Insurance"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gin\u0026section=15-2003","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:28Z","sha256":"791a42a3896d158152df1357937838f09b9a62c0ff6d1a3365448bf110bd1c70","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-15-2002","next":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-15-2004"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
