Code, Insurance § 30–103","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) On or before April 1, 2012, the Commissioner shall issue a report on the information provided to the Commissioner under § 30–102 of this title.\n(2) The report required under this section shall:\n(i) contain the names of any slaveholders or slaves provided under § 30–102 of this title; and\n(ii) include a copy of each document provided to the Commissioner under § 30–102 of this title.\n(b) (1) The report required under this section shall be made available to the public.\n(2) The Commissioner shall make a copy of the report available on the Web site of the Administration.\n(c) The Commissioner shall provide a copy of the report required under this section to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.\n(d) A copy of the report shall be maintained at the Thurgood Marshall Law Library at the University of Maryland School of Law.","path":["Article - Insurance"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gin\u0026section=30-103","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:28Z","sha256":"c3fcc2251d4c35884b52c3183c4ccdc2f4b2f9c75983be5f26e8c3674817d7f5","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-30-102","next":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-31-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
