Code, Insurance § 31–123","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before July 1, 2025, the Exchange, in consultation with the Commissioner and as approved by the Board, shall submit a State Innovation Waiver application amendment under § 1332 of the Affordable Care Act to establish a Qualified Resident Enrollment Program and, if available, seek federal pass–through funding resulting from the implementation of a Qualified Resident Enrollment Program.\n(b) On or before December 31, 2025, the Commissioner may waive any notification or other requirements that apply to a carrier under this article in calendar year 2025 due to the implementation of a waiver approved under § 1332 of the Affordable Care Act.","path":["Article - Insurance"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gin\u0026section=31-123","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:28Z","sha256":"a4bbca2caef32ee2787341d14a4a422b89bb0c44581b3e1356d1a2ea2711df8e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-31-122","next":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-31-124"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
