Code, Insurance § 31–203","heading":"","body":"(a) The Exchange shall establish a Maryland Easy Enrollment Health Insurance Program Advisory Workgroup to provide ongoing advice regarding the implementation of the Program.\n(b) The Advisory Workgroup shall include representation from:\n(1) the Office of the Comptroller;\n(2) consumer groups;\n(3) employers;\n(4) insurers;\n(5) health care providers;\n(6) navigators or other consumer assisters;\n(7) insurance brokers or agents;\n(8) labor organizations;\n(9) income tax preparers;\n(10) national policy experts; and\n(11) any other organizations or groups selected by the Exchange.\n(c) The Advisory Workgroup shall meet at least once every 6 months.\n(d) This section may not be construed to prevent the Exchange from convening other formal or informal working or advisory groups to facilitate the implementation of the Program.","path":["Article - Insurance"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gin\u0026section=31-203","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:28Z","sha256":"b0639d85413fd3d0a88797a45a9e8f6a9e7d4fb3de3b7c8ee34ceeed665f9cfa","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-31-202","next":"us-md/md.-code-insurance-31-204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
