Code, Labor and Employment § 3–1605","heading":"","body":"(a) The Commissioner:\n(1) shall create and make available a summary of this subtitle; and\n(2) may create and make available a summary of regulations adopted under this subtitle.\n(b) On request of an employer, the Commissioner shall provide without charge:\n(1) a copy of this subtitle;\n(2) a summary of this subtitle;\n(3) a copy of regulations adopted under this subtitle; and\n(4) if the Commissioner has developed a summary of regulations adopted under this subtitle, a summary of the regulations.\n(c) Each employer shall keep posted conspicuously in each place of employment:\n(1) a summary of this subtitle that the Commissioner has provided to the employer; and\n(2) a copy or summary of regulations adopted under this subtitle.","path":["Article - Labor and Employment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gle\u0026section=3-1605","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:38Z","sha256":"90f08c95d6abeaa2053f5dde3189f92c536c656fe37d5dbc5aeb6b4e33d8da65","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-labor-and-employment-3-1604","next":"us-md/md.-code-labor-and-employment-3-1606"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
