Code, Labor and Employment § 3–920","heading":"","body":"(a) The Commissioner shall prepare an annual report for the Secretary and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the administration and enforcement of this subtitle, that shall include:\n(1) the number and nature of complaints received;\n(2) the number of investigations conducted;\n(3) the number of citations issued;\n(4) the number of informal resolutions of the citations;\n(5) the number of citations appealed to the Office of Administrative Hearings and the outcomes of those hearings;\n(6) the number of requests for judicial review of final orders and whether the orders were affirmed or overturned; and\n(7) the number of civil penalties assessed, the total dollar amount of those penalties, and the total dollar amount collected.\n(b) The Commissioner’s report shall be a public record.","path":["Article - Labor and Employment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gle\u0026section=3-920","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:38Z","sha256":"9fdab21b817ca64031ca215c2f8061b71d73b87b1a401ec1c7bcbdfe0ffd7458","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-labor-and-employment-3-919","next":"us-md/md.-code-labor-and-employment-3-1001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
